Data Processing

Files, repositories, and codebases submitted to FlowLessAI are processed solely to generate diagnostics, patches, artifacts, and Pull Requests. Your code is never stored permanently, shared with third parties, or used to train AI models. All processing occurs in isolated, ephemeral environments that are discarded upon completion of each analysis task.

Security Controls

We apply technical and organizational controls to protect platform data and operations, including encrypted data transmission, access controls, and isolated analysis environments. While we implement industry-standard security practices, no system is entirely immune to risk. You are responsible for ensuring that sensitive credentials are not present in code submitted for analysis.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not use FlowLessAI to analyze code containing malware, exploits, or content designed to cause harm. Attempting to circumvent platform security, reverse-engineer proprietary systems, or use the platform for any purpose that violates applicable law or the rights of third parties is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

AI-Generated Output

Analysis results, suggested patches, and Pull Requests generated by FlowLessAI are produced by AI systems and are provided for informational and assistive purposes only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and approving any changes before applying them to your codebase or production systems. FlowLessAI does not guarantee the completeness or correctness of any output.

Third-Party Rights

You warrant that you hold all necessary rights, licences, and authorizations for any code submitted to the platform. FlowLessAI accepts no liability for analysis performed on code that infringes third-party intellectual property rights. Any violation of third-party rights through use of the platform is the sole responsibility of the account holder.

API & Integration Use

Access to FlowLessAI via API or third-party integrations is subject to the same conditions as direct platform use. Rate limits and usage quotas apply. Automated or bulk usage that degrades platform performance for other users is prohibited. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend API access without notice in the event of abuse.

Changes to Conditions

These Conditions may be updated at any time to reflect changes in platform functionality, legal requirements, or operational practices. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-platform notice where possible. Continued use of FlowLessAI following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Conditions.
