Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using FlowLessAI in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time — continued use following any change constitutes acceptance.

Authorized Use

You may only upload, connect, or process codebases and repositories for which you hold the necessary rights and authorizations. You may not use FlowLessAI to analyze proprietary code belonging to third parties without explicit permission. Any misuse of the platform is grounds for immediate account termination.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted under your account. FlowLessAI will never ask for your password. You must notify us immediately at sales@flowlessai.one if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Credits & Billing

Plans and credits are governed by the billing policy active at the time of purchase. Trial credits are valid for three (3) days from account creation. Plan credits expire with the plan period but are preserved for seven (7) days following expiration. Credits from referrals do not expire. FlowLessAI reserves the right to adjust pricing with advance notice.

Service & Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. We may update, modify, or temporarily suspend features to improve performance, reliability, and security without prior notice. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

Intellectual Property

FlowLessAI and its proprietary multi-agent auditing architecture, codebase, and methodology are the exclusive intellectual property of FlowLessAI. Your code and repositories remain your property at all times. We do not store, share, or use your code for any purpose beyond providing the audit service.

Limitation of Liability

FlowLessAI provides code analysis as a tool to assist developers. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from reliance on analysis results. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all suggested changes before applying them to production systems.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or misuse the platform. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, unused credits are forfeited and non-refundable.
